Q: What device do I need?
We recommend an Apple iPad and a compatible stylus (like the Apple Pencil) for the best experience. Our digital planners are designed and tested specifically for iPad. We don't have insight into how they perform on Android devices, so we can't guarantee functionality outside of iPad.

Q: What apps work with this planner?
This planner is designed for use with GoodNotes, and a subscription is required to properly handle the large file size of the planner. This app must be downloaded separately and is not included in your purchase.

Q: What is included in my purchase?
You will receive a digital PDF download of the iPad planner in your choice of black, tan, or pink tabs, all 10 iPad planner cover files, and a step-by-step set up guide. Accompaniments such as the iPad, stylus, and GoodNotes app are not included with this purchase.

Q: How do I add my cover?
Download the cover you want and import it into GoodNotes the same way as your planner. Open the cover, tap the three dots at the top, and tap Copy Page. Then go back to your planner, open the thumbnail view, tap the arrow below the first page, choose Add Page Before, and tap Paste Page. You can swap covers anytime.

Q: How do I download my planner after purchase?
You'll receive a download link immediately after your purchase. If you don't see an email, please email us at hello@the-dailee.com and we'd be happy to resend it.

Q: Do you offer refunds?
Digital downloads are final sales and cannot be refunded or exchanged due to the nature of digital products.
