I ordered the Wedding Planner & Wedding Planning Spreadsheet Bundle about two weeks ago. When the physical planner arrived, the box was open and the planner was most likely lost during transition. I reached out to the customer service team about it and asked if I could be sent a new one. The team got back to me within the day and were very nice and helpful.
